We recommend using #7 straight wine corks for champagne or screw-top bottles. Soaking them in hot water for 30-60 minutes before bottling will make them more pliable. A good idea, especially if you are using a hand-held corker to get these into the bottles.

These "agglo" corks are made from uniform shavings and unused portions of cork, and are mixed with appropriate food grade glue to form a dense, well-made cork. These corks are chamfered and printed with a decorative grape leaf pattern.
